We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Compton, CA.
Our Maintenance Technicians repair and maintain food production machinery and mechanical equipment at our state-of-the-art facility.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and maintenance on industrial production equipment of all types.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace defective equipment parts and reassemble equipment including packaging lines and conveyors.
- Inspect drive motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, etc.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate control panels using relay logic, heat and humidity control systems, process control valves, pneumatic control systems, hydraulic control systems, metal detection systems, inkjet coding systems, electronic scaling systems, electronic meters.
- Interface with and troubleshoot motor control equipment; motor staters, run relays, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), Servo motors, and controls.
- Electrical or Mechanical certification required. Prior food manufacturing (bakery) experience required. Work requires moderate lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
