We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Dinuba, CA.
Duties:
- Enter Sales Order
- Inform sales Staff and/or Customer of unit prices, anticipated delays
- Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specific dates
- Process customer claims/complaints
- Work in Customer Portals
- Participates in Receivables/Payables associated with order
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of office experience or related field orientation
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft 365( Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Associates Degree or equivalent course of Study
