You'll be the welcoming voice and face of our company, creating a positive experience for every visitor and call.

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors and guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer phone calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule appointments and manage the reception area calendar.
• Receive and distribute packages and mail.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and friendly work environment.

• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in multitasking.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Speaking Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with the Famous software is a bonus.
